I have only one recurring difficulty I experience with the website interface: I design a draft ticket, then I view the pdf to check it's suitable before I order, but then it's impossible to return to the draft; it is permanently lost. This has happened several occasions when trying to order tickets including last time when I thought had logged into my own account, was working in my account and had saved the draft.

I checked to see if I could duplicate what happened. There was two things I discovered. 1. When you go to the web site but do not log into your account, (you can check out as a guest which doesn't create an account and will not keep any of your orders on file for you to go back and reorder) and you choose a template to fill out, if you are working on it then view the proof and back completely out of the web site you will loose whatever you are working on. 2. The only other thing I found was when you view the proof and the change button or simple go back it will show the back of the ticket so you have to hit the front button to see what you put on the front. I am not sure just what or how you used the web site but maybe these tips will help in the future. It is always best to make sure you are logged into your account so any work you have done will be saved to your account and you can come back even several days later and it will be there. When you are working on a order next time and the same thing happens to you, call us immediately and we might be able to see what is happening. We appreciate your business, comments and loyalty. Found the company doing a general search and there was a very good selection of tickets that I could choose from. The online creation was straight forwards apart from getting a picture on the back of my ticket as I simply couldn't get the format right so I just left it blank in the end which wasn't a problem. The real praise comes from the fact that as soon as I placed the order I realised I had made a mistake and so checking the website it advised that a reprint could be done at a slightly reduced rate and if the tickets hadn't been sent then there wouldn't be a second delivery charge which all seemed reasonable so I emailed and asked what I needed to do to take advantage of this. I didn't hear back immediately as it was in the Christmas break but when they did come back they advised that nothing had gone for printing yet so there would be no charge and I just had to send over the amendment. Good news indeed but even better than this Gareth send back the proof and advised that he had made the image a little bigger which was a nice personal touch in fixing my mess up. To top everything of, even with the delay to redo the artwork, the tickets arrived faster than they had said. All in all very good experience and I have already passed on the details to my cousin so that he can print some tickets for his event.

I ordered a 2nd batch of tickets identical to my first. I had contacted Gareth prior to both orders asking if an adjustment could be made. On my first order this adjustment was made and the tickets were perfect. On the second batch despite contacting Gareth prior to the order who was happy to make the adjustment and again to tell him I’d placed the order the adjustment was not made. My tickets therefore are not quite right and I am disappointed
