Just once a year we have a Classic Movie with Meal & to do the film justice and be professional we ordered our own Adult & Junior full colour numbered tickets (with stub). Almost unbelievably I was able to design with an hour just the tickers we needed. I ordered a 2nd batch of tickets identical to my first. I had contacted Gareth prior to both orders asking if an adjustment could be made. On my first order this adjustment was made and the tickets were perfect. On the second batch despite contacting Gareth prior to the order who was happy to make the adjustment and again to tell him I’d placed the order the adjustment was not made. My tickets therefore are not quite right and I am disappointed

I was so disappointed with your company. I made my order on 17/09/18 and the estimated time of the delivery was 19/09/18. But it was only after calls upon calls that it was delivered on 03/10/18 putting my event in serious difficulties.
