1st batch of tickets arrived with misaligned print compared to the proof but a quick call had them reprinted. What really impressed me was that the reprint arrived the following day so I was very impressed at the turnaround speed. Looking forward to using the platform again as I have complete confidence in them

These were event tickets made out to be raffle tickets and the smallness of them you couldn't event read the detail, despite vaguely being able to read the proof on screen. The size was not clear enough (I am old school but I would have even thought your system would have defaulted to the correct minimum size for a Raffle ticket. They were even stapled the wrong side. I would have thought whoever is responsible for printing them would have looked at an initial proof print (to save money and trees) to ascertain they were really no good and contacted me. As it is I have not used then and I have not asked for a refund because I can't be bothered if your attitude is to continue to print things you can blatantly see are wrong, I doubt I would have got my money back. Some of us folk out here are not really savvy with some of these systems but are trying to do our best as cheaply as possible to help the good causes we do. I gave two stars because the service was fast turn around.
